Voice Creator Terms

These terms apply to you if you provide voice presence on Sleepr ("Voice").

They complement the general Terms of Service.

1. Independent creator status

You are an independent creator, not an employee, contractor, or agent of

Sleepr. You decide your own rate per minute, your own schedule, your own

nights. You accept or decline every call freely — declining has no penalty.

Nothing in these terms imposes hours, quotas, exclusivity, or minimums. If

your situation requires it, you are responsible for registering your

activity with your local tax authorities.

2. Requirements

You must be 18+ and pass identity verification through our payment provider

(Stripe Connect) before your first payout. Your public profile shows your

chosen display name and your voice, never your face, never your legal name,

never your phone number.

3. Your rate and your earnings

You set your rate per minute. Sleepr derives three packages from it

(15 minutes, 45 minutes, whole night) and displays them to clients. You keep

80% of every billed call. The commission is 0% for your first month on the

platform. Payouts run every Friday for earnings older than 7 days, to your

Stripe Connect account.

4. Conduct charter

The Voice role carries the platform's trust:

• Calm company for sleep, nothing else. Any sexual, sensual, or intimate

content or suggestion is grounds for immediate ban.

• Never share or accept contact details, social handles, or external links.

All interaction stays inside Sleepr calls.

• Never suggest continuing the relationship off-platform.
• End any call that makes you uncomfortable; you are always in control.
• Never record calls.
• Never serve a client you know or suspect to be a minor; report it.

Violations of the first two items are non-negotiable bans.

5. Your audio sample

Your 15-second clip is licensed to Sleepr non-exclusively for catalog

distribution and marketing of the platform. You remain the owner and can

replace or remove it at any time, which removes it from the catalog.

6. Moderation and appeals

Profiles are reviewed before publication, written content is filtered, and

reports are handled within 24 hours. If your profile is rejected or banned,

you receive the reason and can appeal by writing to privacy@sleepr.rest.

Payouts for completed, non-fraudulent calls are always honored even in case

of ban.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes and declarations. Sleepr provides

monthly earning statements through Stripe.
