1. What Sleepr is

Sleepr is a marketplace that connects adults who want company while falling

asleep ("Clients") with independent creators who provide calm voice presence

("Voices"). Calls are audio-only, routed through Sleepr's systems. Your real

phone number is never shared with the other party. Calls are never recorded,

monitored, or stored by Sleepr, under any circumstance.

This service addresses loneliness and sleep. It is not a dating service, not

an escort service, and not an intimate or sexual service of any kind.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, browse the catalog

beyond the public preview, book, or take calls. We verify age at signup with

your date of birth and identity verification for Voices through our payment

provider. Providing false age information results in immediate termination.

3. Account

Your account is your phone number confirmed by a one-time code. You are

responsible for keeping access to your phone number. One account per person.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

4. Strictly prohibited conduct

5. Pricing and billing

Prices are displayed as durations (for example "$5 · 12 min"), never as a

rate per minute. When you start a call, we place a pre-authorization on your

payment method for the package price. You are charged only for the time you

actually spend on the call, rounded up to the started minute, capped at the

package price. If the call lasts less than one minute after the Voice picks

up, you are charged nothing. If a Voice does not answer within 30 seconds,

you are charged nothing.

For booked slots, payment is held in escrow at reservation. Cancel more than

2 hours before the slot for a full refund. Within 2 hours, refunds are

reviewed manually by our team.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sleepr never holds your funds.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Beyond the cases above, if a call or night does not happen for a reason

attributable to the platform or the Voice, you are refunded in full. Report

the issue from your call history; our team answers within 24 hours.

7. Moderation and reporting

Sleepr moderates proactively: profiles are reviewed before publication and

written content is filtered. You can report any call or profile. Reports are

handled within 24 hours. Illegal content is reported to the competent

authorities. See our Content Moderation Policy for categories of violations

and sanctions.

8. Disclaimers

Sleepr is not a medical, therapeutic, or emergency service. It does not

replace professional help. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency

number: 988 (US), 3114 (France), 116 123 (EU countries vary).

The service is provided "as is". Voices are independent creators, not

employees of Sleepr. Sleepr does not guarantee any particular outcome of a

night.

9. Availability and changes

We may suspend or terminate the service (it is in beta). We may update these

terms; material changes are notified in-app at least 14 days before they

apply. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sleepr and delete your account at any time. We may

suspend or ban accounts violating section 4, with no refund for pending

amounts attributable to violations.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumer protections of your country
