Content Moderation Policy

Content Moderation Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-22 · DSA point of contact: privacy@sleepr.rest

Sleepr is an online platform under the EU Digital Services Act. This page

explains what we moderate, how, and what happens when rules are broken.

Principle

Sleepr sells one thing: calm human presence for sleep. Anything that moves

the platform toward intimacy, solicitation, or danger for vulnerable people

is out, proactively, before publication — not just after a report.

Categories of violations

| Category | Examples | Sanction |

|---|---|---|

| Sexual or sensual content | suggestive bio, erotic language in a call, intimate offers | Immediate permanent ban, no warning |

| Solicitation | proposing anything other than sleep company, in either direction | Immediate permanent ban |

| Contact exchange | phone numbers, social handles, links, meeting arrangements | Content rejection + warning; repeat = ban |

| Harassment or abuse | insults, threats, pressure on a Voice or Client | Ban after review, within 24 h |

| Minors | any involvement of a person under 18 | Immediate ban + report to authorities |

| Fraud | chargeback abuse, rating manipulation, fake reports | Ban + withholding of related payouts |

| Low severity | off-topic bio, poor audio quality | Content rejected, profile re-review |

How moderation works

1. Proactive: every Voice profile and every written surface (bios,

display names, report details) passes an automated filter for forbidden

vocabulary and contact patterns before publication.

2. Human review: profiles are approved manually by the team before

going live.

3. Reactive: reports from users are handled within 24 hours, with a

decision journal kept internally.

4. Illegal content: reported to the competent authorities when

identified.

Notice and action

Users are informed of the decision and the reason. Permanent bans for

sexual content or solicitation are not subject to appeal — the position of

the platform is non-negotiable by design. Other sanctions can be appealed

at privacy@sleepr.rest within 30 days.

Transparency

Moderation volumes and decisions are tracked internally and will be

published as the platform grows.
